Phi Omicron was chartered in San Diego, California, on November 1, 1949. The Phi Omicron Chapter is the oldest chapter (in the fraternity) in San Diego County and the 4th oldest Graduate Chapter in the 12th District, with professional men of distinction from all walks of life in America's finest city.
